The Arch team was thrilled to be part of a prestigious project, installing and removing two 20 Grid Rational units at a historic college kitchen in Cambridge. Before the installation, our team had the privilege of exploring the college’s grand halls and cellars, adding to the excitement of the project.
As part of the installation, the team fitted MobilityLine Floor units and Condensation Breakers to the Rational iCombi Pro ICP 20-1/1/E oven. These additions provide a practical solution for staff to easily move and clean behind the large ovens, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
A big thank you to IAC Delivery Solutions for swiftly removing the old units. The new ovens look fantastic, and both the client and chef are delighted—especially with several busy events on the horizon!
