These plans are drawn up to essentially keep your foodservice operating at all times, avoiding downtime of equipment and unexpected costly repairs. Our nationwide coverage means single and multi-site clients can be accommodated by our fully qualified engineers.

Preventative Maintenance Plans

  • Maintenance of catering & refrigeration equipment, covering the agreed visit patterns of servicing.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance work as specified within the engineer’s checklist, and according to the number of visits per annum and access times agreed with the customer prior to the contract start date.
  • Gas Safety Certification.
  • Full PPM Report & Quotation for repairs next day.
  • 24 Hour response on Breakdowns.
  • Reactive call out charges, labour and spare parts fitted are excluded within the contract and will be invoiced at our current rate of charge.

Labour Inclusive Maintenance Plans

  • Reactive call out and maintenance of catering & refrigeration equipment, covering the agreed visit patterns of servicing.
  • Reactive labour included during normal working hours. Carry out preventative maintenance work as specified within the engineer’s checklist, and according to the number of visits per annum and access times agreed with the customer prior to the contract start date.

Detailed and Concise Reporting

With our bespoke reporting system, we can highlight the condition of each individual asset following a Maintenance or Reactive call. You will have a complete breakdown of the status of each and every asset within your estate.

Detail inspection and reporting of your assets

  • PPM Report – Detailing the completion of the service, showing all readings in accordance to current regulations. Any safety warnings will be highlighted and issued.
  • BER Report – Detailing an engineer’s visit to an asset that is no longer fit for purpose or beyond economical repair.
  • Reactive Job Report – Detailing unit diagnosis, first time fix, repair, or parts required.
  • Condition Report – Detailed report showing a “traffic light” system of each asset’s status.
  • Visual Inspection Report – As above, however only visual cosmetic details reported.
Concise reporting

Asset & Site Management

Arch has a transparent approach for all your equipment assets within the estate. Using our bespoke Asset Management System “AMS”, we can highlight the condition of each individual asset detailing equipment condition and expenditure which will assist you with replacement budgeting.

All equipment will be tagged with a Unique Reference Number “URN” for ease of identification when reporting a breakdown, this will also be used along with photographs of all equipment, kitchen and site for use within the “AMS”.

  • Good: Unit is fully operational, no damage, under 5 years old.
  • Average: Unit is in full working order, minimal signs of wear, under 10 years old.
  • Poor: Unit is in working order but showing distinctive signs of age. If item experiences major breakdown a replacement should be considered.
  • Very Poor: Unit is not fully working, has visual signs of damage, is in generally dilapidated condition. Replacement should be considered in the near future.
  • BER: Unit is not fully working, in a very dilapidated condition, parts are difficult to obtain or no longer available, not worth spending money on therefore needs to be replaced now.
