A commercial refrigeration PPM plan covers temperature and pressure logging, F-Gas leak detection, condenser coil cleaning, evaporator inspection, defrost-cycle checks, door seal checks, drain clearance, and electrical safety testing. Compared with a reactive callout, PPM records system condition before failure and creates inspection-ready documentation. Each visit ends with a service report logging measurements and any remedial work for food safety audits.
