Nationwide Hotel Group – Site Visits Update
What a month it’s been for our Operations team! We’ve been on the road, visiting over 80 hotels as part of one of our nationwide contracts.
These visits focused on meeting with maintenance and kitchen staff to discuss annual servicing, update access times, and ensure our booking and asset systems are up to date. These systems are crucial—not just for our office, but for the hotels as well—ensuring smooth call-outs when needed. Each asset number is linked to a unit, providing essential details such as its age, service history, and past repairs.
From Brighton to Preston, Swansea to Hull, we’ve covered the country to keep things running seamlessly. This dedication means servicing can be carried out efficiently, minimizing downtime for hotels and keeping engineers and staff happy.
