Water Quality & Chemical Dosing
Hard water silently destroys commercial dishwashers — scale insulates the heating element, drives energy costs up, and shortens equipment life. The Drinking Water Inspectorate’s hardness map shows much of the South East and East of England exceeds 200 mg/l CaCO₃ — the threshold at which warewashing equipment lifespan is materially shortened without softening.
